I would think that grape vines are one of the worst possible places to put bees. Table grapes can contain up to 16 different pesticides, Huffington Post 26/04/2013 (in French) and tests on wines showed much the same: http://www.sciencesetavenir.fr/sante/20130925.OBS8401/pesticides-dans-le-vin-les-normes-sont-inexistantes.html
lots of herbicides and fungicides but also 4 systemics.
I doubt that the situation is very different in the USA.
