Obviously, they don't take the size of said industry into account in their definition of "thriving"!


 
 
Agree, and if one has a small operation with one employee, going to 2 is a 200% increase, 3 is ....

However, it does point to a growing industry.  For decades, the claimed decline of bees in the USA has reflected the  decline in numbers of beekeepers..
