I do not know much about the manufacturing process but I do not like
Duraguilt!!!:
 
1. If the bees burcomb it to the wall or another frame it buckles when you
pull the frame out.
 
2. If you have a deadout and the waxworms have messed up all the comb, the
bees will not draw comb from the bear plastic.
 
 
I'm new to the b-biz but I prefer plastic foundation over wax or Duraguilt.
