Allen, I have seen this technique of cell placement again and again, much
to my surprise!  I always place my cells in contact with brood, so that on
our cold nights, the cells do not get chilled.

I also am surprised at how sloppy many are with incubator temperature.  I
don't know if it makes any difference, but I keep mine right at broodnest
temp, just to be on the safe side.
