Being one of those Midwest beekeepers with bees located near corn and soybeans I try to keep an eye on what is around me.  Yes, I believe planting dust can be an issue but despite that I see thriving colonies and no apparent shortage of local pollinators.

Here is a link to a little bit of what I see by just walking a few hundred feet down the backroad between corn and soybean fields.
