It is interesting to note that all three of the thymol based varroa treatments that are licensed for use on honeybees in the UK (Apiguard, ApiLife Var and Thymovar) give the bees free access to the active ingredient.

Having no experience with 2 of them,  do they actively remove the products?  Typically with MAQS or formic they do not.
