I love this discussion.  Although all do not fully agree, the back and forth
make it more instructive than it would be if all agreed.

Bill just said "low ash, slow granulating, mineral free feed is
the best, which is cane sugar."  The reference to cane sugar is new to me.
What is the difference that makes beet sugar less desirable?
