Hi All

You know the ditty(swarm in May etc). Extended to late August early
September that swarm and the source hive can only be remembered as
neither is likely to survive our winter. Many beekeepers here pull
their honey supers before the goldenrod flow and the bees pack the
brood chamber to the gills. These hives, in my experience, are prone
to swarm. Goldenrod is our strongest flow, albeit short, with 20#
days not uncommon.
