Hi all,
I have bees and have had horses the entire time (30+ years). The only
problems I have ever had was one fall, bees weren't working anything-just
pissy in general-and I walked my recently sprayed horse past the hive.
Several bees became agressive, I believe, because of the spray I used, not
because of the horse. At other times, there were no issues. I was using
Farnahm's emulsifiable spray. Perhaps something in the spray is similar to
alarm pharamone and triggers aggression.
