Thanks for that good news, Jim!
What I found most meaningful came later in the article:
"It shows it’s possible to bring back wildlife by using environmental
stewardship measures that don’t cost an arm and a leg.”

In the long run, this is what it's all about.  Not about focusing on
banning this or that, but rather looking at overall environmental
stewardship, which is mostly about land use practices.
