I have used a JR. for over 10 years and worker out most of the issues to my satisfaction. I have it bolted to a piece of plywood about 4' square with some spare vinyl flooring for easy clean-up on top of a similar sized "stall mat", heavy 1/2" rubber under all. So I am standing on the plywood for added ballast (perhaps my highest calling). It will certainly vibrate as it fills. I uncap directly into the spinner and then place the frames in the extractor (20 frame). I made a L shaped pointed piece going through the oak bar to support the frames for uncapping. The cappings will accumulate off the ends of the blades so after every 4 or 5 boxes just loosen the wing nut and turn it a little to even out the accumulation. This helps a lot! I empty it after maybe 20 boxes and let the cappings drip in a giant colander for a few days then into the solar melter. It is a good piece of equipment for an operation of around 100 colonies. I do maybe 10,000 pounds a season.
