I've spent a great deal of time in reviewing EPA risk assessments. I've
also spoken again and again at length with EPA risk assessors about honey
bee issues. I find that EPA does indeed pay attention to all research, GLP
or not, and even saw a note from the head risk assessor to a bee research
funding organization suggesting that it was not necessary to spend the
extra money on GLP for that particular piece of bee/insecticide research.

I've also spoken at length with the entire EPA bee group about the
Fraziers' excellent new protocols, which were well-received by the
assessors.
