Other major issues are not addressed in this video:
1) Not all neonics are the same - this is a broad class of chemicals.
There is a wide range of toxicities in the different types of neonics and
the different formulations.  Completely different treatments are used on
canola than is used on corn - one should expect different treatments to
have different risk profiles.    One of the reasons this is a confusing
issue is that we are putting apples and oranges together.
2) Secondly, though we may not be able to detect the original formulation
of a pesticide in the soil, it can often persist in forms of harmful
metabolites.  Understanding the long term risk of a treatment means
measuring for the parent compound as well as metabolites

Adding this mix of chemicals to the mix of other issues and other chemicals
does make it a very complex issue in terms of understanding risk.
