Personally, I would just move them mid day when they are flying
freely so their flying bees drift into the other hives.  Move them
back in the yard and turn them around.  (Hide the hive from its
bees)
 
Done once a week, this should weaken them enough that you can find
the queen and requeen them.
 
You can also split them in half if they are in two boxes and requeen
each half.  They should be much less aggressive when weakened.
