Amen Peter,

I've been saying that all along.Nothing has changed in the ways commercial beekeepers move bees, and feed them. Over the years around me the best bees, beekeepers and largest citrus honey crops were made by guys that fed non stop during the winter.
The bees or the viruses (maybe pesticides with it) have changed, not the way we run them.I still say statements like that,(moving and stressing) are a cop out for not having a real answer for the cause of CCD.
Sure it adds some stress, but like you said, the bees are going to a place where milk and honey flow,ie pollination bloom or a honey flow ahead, not to a grave yard. It's my story and 2 cents, but I'm sticking to it! I don't buy the pushing the bees to hard all of the sudden, there alot more gritty than we give them credit for in that area.
