Stop when they stop.  When the nectar flow in your area is adequate, they
will likely stop taking the artificial feed.  I find mine won't take it at
all.  When the honey flow stops, they are right back on the bottle.
 
Suggest you medicate each feed.  Make sure you do not let sunlight get to a
medicated bottle even for a second, it destroys the terramycin instantly.
