He said that would be ok, and not to worry about the bleach.
When I reuse jars, that is what I do.

Personally I tie my labels onto the neck of the jar with thin twin that looks like baling twine. Gives it a rustic look I like. Plus I can get more info on the label than with just a stick on label.
