Hi all,

Alabama law is mainly for trying to limit import of diseases and pests we do 
not have now.

Alabama does not legally allow bees on comb to enter the state regardless of 
equipment, only packages.

Alabama has a beekeeper in Florida that worked an agreement to bring hives

just across the state line for pollination and then return back to Florida.

The Alabama farmer could not get beekeepers from in state to supply bees.

Once bees are installed in any equipment, it is then used, not new anymore.
