In the discussions of patties, the recipe always calls for granulated
sugar.  This makes patties that are hard to manipulate.  Powdered sugar
makes a patty that is easier to form and can be rolled thinner - easier
to handle.  Somewhere I have read negative things about the cornstarch in
powdered sugar (I can't remember what), but we have been using it for
years when dusting with Terramycin.  I have used powdered sugar for
patties for several years without apparent untoward effects.  Comments?
