Two ways. If you can find her, catch her and put a queen excluder over the hive, a medium or two over this and release her into it them.

If you can't find her, set the whole hive aside, put a couple of mediums on a bottom board where the hive was and shake all of the bees off the combs into the new hive. Put the combs back into their boxes and place over a queen excluder. 

In both these cases, the brood should be hatched in three weeks and you should have a nice brood nest in the mediums.
