Randy, I am happy to hear that I am not the only one seeing this 
"AFB-like" brood.  I fed my hive 4 gallons of syrup in addition to the 
natural nectar flow that just started and all of the suspicious symptoms 
cleared up.  After the feeding it just looked like a very slight case of 
normal PMS.  I killed the queen and will replace it this week.
