That was the problem with the last survey.  They ask me how many hives I had
in 2012 and 2013, I put that the number was the same.  So you could
interpret this as I "he had no losses".  No one asks if you blew the entire
next years income filling the hives back up with packages and cut production
way back by making splits instead of honey.
