I had a swarm move into a stack of kit close to my back door at about 8.30 GMT yesterday morning. They'd been inspecting it for weeks. As it was very close to my neighbour's washing line I closed them up last night and strapped ready for moving this morning. I put cocktail sticks of maybe 1/10th of an inch diameter under the rim of the crown board to provide ventillation and was surprised to find that about a score of workers had managed to wriggle through!
