I have heard an uncomfortable rumour that here in UK, fruit growers are
satisfied with their crop this year even where there is a shortage of
honeybee colonies. Has anyone else heard this worrying talk? Could we have
been kidding ourselves all this time? Is our faithful honey bee as
important as we like to think it is when compared to 'wild' pollinators?
