I don't know what the problem is here.  Almost three years ago Jando and
Heyman both told me that all of the sonatas were in the can, but that they
might be released more slowly than the earlier ones had been.  There were
actually good reasons for this, in my opinion, but we've scarcely got a
trickle of them since then.
