Does anyone have info regarding the status of Provision #5 of the Maloney
Bill, HR3531?  I do know that Rep. Maloney's original breastfeeding
protection and promotion act, HR 3531 died in subcommittee but supposedly
provision #5 was enacted in to law on 10/31/98.  This provision allows states
to use formula rebate money for breastfeeding promotion in the WIC program.
