Well Reginald time to move onward and upward.  Which of course means only
one thing The Master (Haydn).  Start with the London symphonies then the
Paris set.  Colin Davis is good blanket recommendation in both cases.  Then
get some of the quartets.  A good budget buy is the Kodaly on Naxos try
op64 onward to start.  You like piano music then get the Jando Haydn set
again on Naxos.

Then of course you'll need a complete set of Beethoven and Brahms
symphonies, most of the piano music of Chopin and Liszt etc.  It's endless.
A Penguin guide my be useful here.

But above all experiment, don't just restrict yourself to those three
composers you mention.  There hundreds of other great composers out there.
