Dear Sharon, I totally agree.  Especially on days when I'm feeling older
and tireder and my back really aches helping a mom.  (We really need
sessions on body mechanics for LCs :-)  And you know I HATE to reinvent the
wheel, there is so much good stuff out there to  pass on and share. Besides
I am sort of selfish, I hate getting referrals for problems that could have
been stopped before they started if someone knew more.   So be mentored or
