The basic difference I recognize between Kraus and Uchida in Mozart's
piano sonatas is that Uchida provides an urgency in the fast movements
which Kraus bypasses.  A listener might or might not prefer the urgency,
but I think this difference stands out for all to see.

Also, FWIW, I don't feel that Uchida's urgency has any connection to
romanticizing Mozart's music.  The urgency, for me, simply enhances the
excitement of the music and sounds/feels totally natural.
