Lori,
Good piont when you said "In the pediatric
office where I am employed, the folders containing the medical records
of babies who have been breastfed are practically empty compared to
those who have been given baby formula."

I often piont this out to the physician assistnat students who rotate
through my office. I do it in front of mom and show the student how every
note in the chart is a well visit.
