Glazounov studied with Tchaikovsky and was the Shostakovitch master.
Glazounov is sweet, nice and good for everytime listening.  His symphonies
are fair and his ballets, Raymonda and the seasons are remarkeable (also
his King of Jews).  Do not expect a Mahler...  Glazounov is not deep enough
but is like some refreshing water after a very tough day.
