I only said that I detected a sophmoric element about the group - I didn't
say that this element was pervasive.  And, in keeping with my new mode
of operation, I never said anything negative about the 20th century
compositions they perform or their technical abilities or their degree
of musical unity.

I like Satie's music.  I don't find any of it sophmoric, just scarcastic
and somewhat rebellious.
