Can anyone suggest the best (easiest/cheapest) way for someone in the US to
buy CDs from the Naxos Historical Edition? According to the Naxos website
(www.hnh.com), the series is not for sale in the US, presumably because of
US copyright law.  Also, are any of those recordings especially
outstanding?
