I don't know how "recognized" they are but the complete Chopin edition that
Muza recorded in the 1970's (maybe earlier) is hard to beat.  It features
many fine Polish performers including Halina Czerny-Stefanska and (in an
outstanding version of the f minor concerto) Regina Smiendzianka.
