Decca has just launched a new mid price series called "Decca Legends" to
succeed its "Classic Sound" series. The difference is that 96kHz/24-bit
remastering is used in the production of the new series. I don't think
the series is widely available at this point because even its web page
(www.decca.com/legends) is not ready yet. Anyway, here is an overview of
the first 20 titles:

Allegri: Miserere, etc. - King's College Choir
Bartok: Duke Bluebeard's Castle - Kertesz
   Beethoven: Violin Sonatas Nos. 5 & 9 - Perlman/Ashkenazy
Berlioz: Les Muits d'ete, etc. - Crespin
Brahms: Piano Concerto No. 1, etc. - Curzon/Szell
Brahms: Piano Concerto No. 2, etc. - Backhaus/Bohm
Bruckner: Symphony No. 4 - Bohm
Mahler: Symphony No. 8 - Solti
Mahler: Das Lied von der Erde - Bernstein
Mendelssohn: Violin Concerto, etc. - Kyung Wha Chung
Mozart: Le nozze di Figaro - E. Kleiber
   Rachmaninov: Piano Concertos Nos. 2 & 3 - Ashkenazy/Kondrashin/Fistoulari
Ravel: Daphnis et Chloe, etc. - Dutoit
Schubert: Symphony No. 9, etc. - Solti
Schubert: Arpeggione Sonata, etc. - Rostropovich/Britten
   Schubert: Impromptus, D889 & D935 - Lupu
   Tchaikovsky: Ballet Suites - Karajan
   Verdi: Aida - Karajan
   "Espana" - Argenta
"Romantic Russia" - Solti
