  I have commented on this subject when it came up before... I still maintain
that a) this is the "place we all hang out" so it is the natural venue for
discussions of who is going to be where so we can get together and b) the
ilca conference is no different in that respect than any other conference.

  If this is "our" chat room why are we being asked to single out one
conference and not discuss it....
