It's unlikely that this is the same version as on DG; it may be an older
(probably mono) recording by Milstein.  Considering that the DG set is a
twofer (so you can get it for the same price) and is very good and highly
regarded, this doesn't sound like a bargain, unless you know something
which makes you want to have the older performances.
