There's a particularly fab web site about Beethoven on the Austrian
Tourist board site - but I can't remember the url.  On another track.....
was Beethoven unpopular /politically not correct in Germany as he was a
favourite of Hitler??? I was having a conversation with some German friends
and they mentioned this...I knew about Wagner and Schmidt being politically
wrong but I didn't know this fact/fancy ???
