Maurice Andre? Probably not too much.  The last time I saw him in concert,
say 15 years ago, he was showing signs of trumpet-playing age.  The pieces
that he performed were either in the key of Bb, or, they were originally in
D transposed down.  I would be very curious about the CD that you Bill(y)
mentioned.  But I think it is noteworthy that in his heyday, he was a
master, untouchable.  I think he just stopped practicing, he wasn't really
that old at the time.
