James Kearney asks for works with an atmosphere as spine-tingling, potent,
and epic as "The Swan". Hrm. I'm torn between recommending (for the epic)
Stenhammar's 2nd symphony, and for the spine-tingling Stenhammar's 4th
quartet, though frankly either will do, the one in grandeur, the other
in intimacy, both throwing the receptive listeners' emotions for a ride.
