My "sleeper" for the preludes is Irina Zaritzkaya on Naxos.  The disc
was originally issued about 10 years ago on Naxos/Enigma.  It's a very
fine performance, excellently recorded.  I play it as much as any other
recording of the preludes I have.

Overall, my favorites are, in addition to Zaritzkaya and Pollini, Argerich
on DG and Moravec on Supraphon.
