What do people think are the greatest tunes.  I have two to nominate:

Brahms Symphony No. 1 - you know the one.
Elgar Symphony No. 1.

And as another point..  what makes a good tune? Why are the tunes from the
1812 overture so irrefutably bad ;-) and others to die for?
