I agree with Jane, giving a mother an ineffective pump is more damaging
than giving her none and teaching her manual expression.  How many moms
have we all seen who have insufficient milk from trying to maintain
lactation with one of the store bought cheap pumps.
        The real solution is to write to the officials who let this horror of a
regulation pass:
