Anna Russell has been retired for many years now -- indeed there is even
a video of "My First Farewell Recital," a must for those who never saw her
in person.  Her great musical satires live on in reissued CDs and there is
even an autobiography, which may be out of print but certainly can be found
in libraries.  I hope a new generation is springing up appreciating her
special brand of humor about CM.  We sure need it.
