It stands to reason that the Internet site is fresher than the paper
catalogues that arrive by snail-mail: so if an item's not on the site,
they're not likely to have it, regardless of whether it's in the catalogue.

2-4 weeks.  Two weeks just once; usually 3.

Yes: Something of an assurance.  I reckon it's best to order just after
they update the site.

Right.  'Charming phone service, I've always found.

Expect this ...though you can try to avert it via the tip about ordering
when they update their site.  If you don't do that, expect about 85% from
your 'a' list; if you wait to order then, expect better.  Of course,
include a 'b' list in case items on your 'a' list are out of stock.
