Anyone offhand know when Vainberg's 80th birthday will be? Oh, whoever
maintains the composer timelines at classical.net (and has him under
"Weinberg, Moise") can write in that he died in 1996 (if memory serves,
anyhow!!!!- but there are ways to find out for sure.  It was a bad year for
composer deaths- Vainberg, B.  Tchaikovsky, Holmboe, Kokkonen, too many
others!)
