Hm. How often is she really putting this baby to the breast? Is she able to
be assertive with hps and feed(or attempt to feed)  unrestrictedly? Skin to
skin? Bedding in? Have mother and baby been messed about with lots of
helpers trying different things and different ways of 'pushing' the baby on?

Agree that there's a real issue here, maybe a few - what, though,  is unclear.
