Off topic a bit, but since Borresen's 2nd & 3rd on cpo were mentioned, and
since the chamber music disk on cpo is known, I thought I might mention
that cpo has also released a CD of the first symphony as well (I know that
DaCapo already has this piece, which I would like to hear, if only for that
Adagio Lamentabile finale!)
