Dear Folks:
        This in response to Diane's query about "how clean is poop." I was presenting
my research on exclusive bf, weight gain, and stooling and Dr. Peter Hartmann
brought up this very topic, saying that when a mother changes her baby and
then feeds it without washing her hands in between,  the baby's immune system
is getting a boost. Certainly coming through the birth canal jump starts the
baby's immune system also.
        So how do we translate this into practice? Now there is a challenge!
