I'm helping a mom of a beautiful, thriving, exclusively breastfed
4 month old. She took baby to his check up yesterday and the doctor
asked her how he was sleeping. She told him he woke frequently. (She
wasn't complaining, she didn't really mind too much)..

His response: stop breastfeeding him when he wakes up. Feed him a
bottle of water instead (he's never had a bottle of anything!) and he'll
stop waking up.

Huh? That's a new one.

Wendy
